Im happy to say I am a March bander! I was done on the 4th March 09 and I have not regretted having it done one bit! Congrats on your starting a whole new phase of your life! Im sure you will do great. :wink_smile:

I am having trouble understanding how to eat afterwards down the line. My book says I can only eat 1/4 cup a time, yet it also tells me how many servings a day of each food group I need and that would equal around a cup of food three times a day. What am I missing here?

Thanks Kylie for your encouragement. I am looking forward to it all on one hand and on the other I am nervous.

I am still to learn how to and what to eat down the line as I am still in the liquid stage I go on to mushies on wednesday, I see the dietitian then and I am hoping to find more information out then. You will be ok with all the food groups you need to have in the first 2 weeks you can put them all together in soups and have it that way when ever you feel hungry you eat but you will most likely only feel hungry 2 or 3 times a day but keep your fluids (water) up and fibre supplement. Well, the big day is tomorrow! Is there anything you can think of you really would suggest I take to the hospital other then the normal things?
