I had my lapband surgery done about 5 months ago. And things were going real smooth lost 55lbs, until last month when i got my 2 fill, since then i recently went to get an unfill (1.8cc) b/c i've been experiencing heartburn, indigestion, migraines and back pains. I never had any symptoms til my last fill. I have one doctor visit after another, and nothing helps, i take omanizole 10mg 4x daily, mylanta, nothing is working, and my chest hurts so bad. Im at a crossroad, if anyone has any suggestions or related problems, and were able to find something that work , please let me know.

My son had almost the same pains, of course he doesn't have a band. However, he stopped all caffiene and it went away.

He went back on it after a month and it all came back until he quit it again.

Just a thought. Get well soon.

im in almost the same boat! i can hardly sleep my heartburn has been so bad. ive started taking prilosec OTC again to get it under control. i also had to get an "unfill" and i'm worried i may need another "unfill" if this heartburn doesnt get better. I"m glad to know i'm not alone even though its not a fun thing to be together in!
