4weeks post op

hi everyone!! so tomorrow is my 1 mont mark!! and so far so good. Since surgery i have lost 19 lbs and 1 pre op diet so a total of 29 lbs and it feels sooo good. So ive been eating regualr food for a week now and so far ive been able to tolerate everything ive eaten except a corn tortilla boy did that hurt!! but ive had whole wheat tortilla whole wheat pasta chicken, steak, and bread. I have my 1 month post op visit tomorrow and i don't know if im getting a fill??? and i dont know if anyone can help me with this but i dont know if i have restriction or not lol...ive only been eating 4-5 ounces per meal and i dont feel full but i dont feel hungry im not thinking about food all the time or waiting for lunch time or dinner time. I eat the 4-5 ounces bc thats what they say is "normal" not bc my body tells me to stop there so i dont know if i could eat more? also i dont know if ive been eating "good" maybe someone can help im going to give an example. every mornin i have a 1 egg omlet with 1-2 slices of turkey ham some diced onion and bell pepers totaling 4 oz for snack i may have just some string cheese or string cheese and 1 oz of thin deli ham turkey for lunch ill have 2 oz chicken 2oz vegetables and then a snack of some string cheese again maybe with some wheat crackers 4-5 small crackers and for dinner about the same as my lunch is this normal?? healthy??
