Well I am now 9 days out from surgery. I am a tad nervous, but on the other side very excited. 3-9-09 is the big day. I recently found this site and am very glad to have a resource to look to for answers and support. I am married and my husband is being very supportive, but for people who don't have a weight problem, it is really hard to understand what I am going through. I am hoping that a year from now, I will feel so much better physically and mentally. That will be a HUGE relief.

 

I am hoping by blogging about this, it will help me mentally prepare myself for the upcoming year. Any advise anyone has I would really love to hear from you. I am a firm believer that all is possible with a good support system.
