Hi Kat! I've been reading your journal and thought I'd let you know :biggrin:

Good for you-logging food does seem to help. So from what I understand you aren't banded yet? Neither am I -- just trying to lose weight for right now with great support from Gone For Good folks - they ARE awesome!!! Glad you joined us - they DO keep us accountable lol

Best of luck with your food log - keep on journaling - I have found it to be a great way to be able to see what I am really putting in my mouth and how much exercise I get in a week.
