Today is Sunday and I am starving I mean starving to the point where I have to force myself not to go into the fridgerator. And let me tell you the protein shake is just not cutting it. I had to go grocery shopping today and going down all the aisles were killing me. I swear my tongue was drooling. I can't wait to be able to eat even if its 1/4 cup of pureed food. I went and bought turkey, chicken tuna, light mayo, fruit cocktail light, cottage cheese, yogurt. hurray for yogurt it will be a feat just to get me to eat the yogurt and cottage cheese. Oh i bought reduced fat cheese and eggs. Definitly made me hungry

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
