20g trail mix
1 lemon tea (29kcal, 7g sugar)
1 small plate of nachos
1 small ham and cheese sandwich (no mayo)
150ml of potato soup (100kcal)
20 light sour cream pringles (ok not great but could be worse)
1.5l of water
