Week 2..
I have learned a lot from last week. Had a successful surgery, went to a support group, started back to work, lost some weight & found Bandster's Hell!! LOL
This week I would like to start walking.. So, today I walked for 20 mins around the lake in our neighborhood. It felt real good. I do have a full work schedule coming up. So, I will have to see what I can get done. Heck, even if it's for 3 days- better than none, right?? =)
Each week I have made a commitment that I would start something new..
Here it is so far:
#1- No sodas - this is from pre-op diet & New Years Resolution
#2- No french fries.
I usually don't eat them anyways, so this will be an easy one... =)
#3- Walking 20 mins a day - 3 days min..
