I HAD MY SURGERY OVER A YEAR KNOW. HAS ANY ONE TRIED SLIM QUICK CLEANSE OR TRY TAKING FIBER PILLS. IT SAYS IN THE DIRECTIONS TO TAKE WITH PLENTY OF WATER SO YOU DON'T CHOKE. I WANT TO TRY THIS BUT I AM AFRAID THE PILLS ARE GOING TO BLOW MY LAP BAND OFF. ANY SUGGESTIONS:tongue:

Try a colon cleanse system. They go for 15-30 days and are just a series of herbal tablets. I've just started on one and it's working great, I just took it after 2 meals and by the next morning everything was shifting. I didn't have any adverse reaction to it, didn't drink and extra water and I'm fine. Good luck!
