Hey Roberta...pre-bandino here, so I can't offer help, except to suggest you might also post this under "Forums" (tag at top here) then either "Post-Op" or "Diet" sections. You can also go to each of those and do a search for just that forum for "liquid diet" and you'll get lots of threads to look at. You'll get more responses on the forum since the Blogs are for personal journals and don't get nearly as much exposure...they don't come up under "New Posts" which I know is what I use to look for new questions/ideas.
