I found out you can get Starbucks with a shot of protein powder. I tried it in a skinny latte and I kid you not, I wasn't hungry until lunchtime. Huh!!! I plan to get me some of that protein powder and give that a whirl in my Season of the Festive "I Have To Eat Everything In Sight". I also like getting that little treat at Starbucks and knowing it will keep me from being hungry. I don't particularly like the prices which is how I came up with the evil plan to add my own pro to my Sheetz extra large :biggrin3: Hmmm...wonder if you can get unflavored in a liquid????? :thumbup:

Protein powder? Is that the same stuff my 18yo DS brought home in a giant container in hopes of bulking up his skin and bones 6'1" frame...nope, I checked...it's a protein shake, but it's got 600 cals. a serving (and I'm guessing he gave up on it...dust on the lid). Guess I'll have to start taste testing protein drinks soon for that fun "liquid phase"...let me know what you find SS!

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
