Post turkey day 2 and the cravings are here. I would like just a little more of that sweet sticky stuff, and more gravy ...
but today, I will restrain from high fat, sugar and salt, and eat what I know will nourish my body and new healthy lifestyle.
A walk would be good idea today, and it is about time I clean my cave, I mean bedroom. :thumbup:
B - 1/2 cup grits
L - 1 italian sausage link with brown mustard
S - cup of soup
D - jenny craig meatloaf dinner
