Eating accountability today

 

1/2 pep stick

coffee w/milk

 

Restricted today..woot..how crazy it's almost nothing one day and full on the next.

 

small bites here and there of meat, veg, starch when hungry..worked out to be lunch and dinner.

 

1 slice toast w/butter

 

1/4c nuts

 

2p candy bar

2p sf candy small

Night time coming, going to do my best to make this the first night I don't go wild on less restriction.

Going to keep posting my menu in this thread..easier to track, and it helps make me more aware of the munches...since I still fight varying restriction.

Eaten

1c milk

2c sf juice

4p bacon

1/3 slice lc bread w/butter

1/2 milk

1 serving chips (down, tired)

1 atkins bar (deprived)
