The Daily: Night eating no restriction Goal
Mini goal: To stop the night eating...This is the time I have no restriction. Anyone have any suggestions?
Zero restriction today :confused:
Eaten
Veggies n fish
2 rolls small w/butter
1 bite burger
1 bowl cereal
1/4c nuts
4 thin sliced meat
2 sf candies
Stopping my night eat now..trying to do my best...this is tough...It's like I have no band at all right now. :cool:
