Will I ever get this under control!
Ok So I have been kinda having a hard time with this. I have a regular band it holds 4ccs total. I have 1 and 1/2 ccs in it now. I have absolutely no restriction so far. I have also found out that i can eat anything i want just not as much as i used to before sugery. So of course i know i can eat it so i do.. I have lost almost 40lbs and i want to keep going. Has this hapened to anyone else. I just have no restriction and don't know what to do. Please help me out and give me some advice.. It seems so simple for everyone, but i know it has it challenges. So thanks everyone..
