Is there anyone who lost more than 220 pounds without surgery?

OK. I live in the part of the world where weight loss surgeries like in the USA do not exist(gastric bypass and things like that..)

I am sure that there are some people who succeded that and would like to share their experience with me...

I had 374LBS. Now I have 264 LBS.

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
