only lost 2.5lbs last month...
so let's start keeping track.no liquor, no ice cream! no liquor, no ice cream! but tasty d and drinks on wednesdays don't count... maybe i will have champagne b/c the bubbles make me drink less and go slow.
today:
- 1 oz salmon sashimi
- 3oz fried tofu
- 1.5 c hijiki salad
- 3c water so far... 2c after workout, 2 c over the day at desk
after work:
- 3 rounds of baguette w/ olive oil
- 2oz cheese fondue
- 3 gl champagne
- 5 mozzarella stix
- 1 mc donalds fudge sunday no nuts
