I had surgery on July 8th and Ive only lost 15 pounds since surgery. I lost about 10 before surgery.....why is it coming off so slow? Ive seen people on here that had surgery about the same time that have lost alot more.....what am I doing wrong? I'm so happy for all you guys on here...its a battle :tongue2: Alrighty any sugestions? I just joined the gym because walking 30 mins a night wasnt doing it :lol:

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
