I had my surgery 6 months ago and I have lost 86 pounds so far. I am excited about this but I have also been at the 86 pound weight loss for about a month. I know that doesn't seem like a long time but when you get used to seeing it come off at about 3-5 pounds a week and then nothing for a month...well, its discouraging. I have found that when I go back on liquids for a few days it starts to come off again but I am tired of the same old Unjury protein powder:confused_smile:. Anyone out there have any suggestions? I tried the Muscle Milk and I think it made me gain weight:sad:.

Please know that you are not doing anything wrong. This just happens, and there really is not all that much you can do about it. Just keep doing what you were before when you were losing weight, and eventually your body will decide that you really aren't starving to death, and you will begin to lose again. I, too, had a plateau for a little over a month, and finally started losing again, 1 to 2 pounds per week. Hang in there!
