Went bowling last night for the first time in ages. We are on a Fall bowling league and I haven't been able to bowl the first three weeks (doctor's orders) since I had lap band surgery. It was fun and pretty easy; I enjoyed it other than the cigarette smoke everywhere.

I did eat a few french fries and half of a cheese stick yesterday. Should not have done that but they were soft and I chewed them up good. Calorie wise I am probably not having enough. Got on the scale this morning and lost another .5 lbs.

I'm so glad it is Friday! My husband and I are going camping in Tyler this weekend. Our two youngest kids are in college there. My oldest daughter, her husband and my granddaughter will be joining us so it's going to be a fun weekend!

I have two tests this next week and will need to study some this weekend too. I haven't been studying like I normally do so will pick up the pace.
