Ideas for mushy foods to eat
Hey everyone, I am 3 wks out and am eating mushy foods, blended and stuff like thta. I would appreciate any suggestions for new ideas and suggestions for when i am stuck going out to eat. I haven't had a fill yet but feel good 3-4 hour inbetween meals so my doc said not yet. I eat about a cup of food when i do eat. lost 30 lbs so far and would like some suggestions on new foods to eat. Anyone??:cursing:???
