On August 20th, 2008, I gave myself "another chance" for the being of living a healthy wholesome active life!

After much research and deliberation, I chose to have the VGS- Vertical Gastric Sleeve. I'm THRILLED with this decision. The surgery was at Emmanuel Hospital Clinic in TJ, Mexico. The very professional and attentive surgeon was Dr. Mario Almanza. I'd HIGHLY recommend him and the entire staff.

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
