I can eat anything

I'm getting alittle nervous, I had my banding

Aug.13th and have my first fill Sept.23rd.

But lately I have been able to eat anything just like I did before my surgery.

Has anyone else had this happen?

I hope my fill helps and that I have not done anything to hurt my band.

Anwa, I would like to join yur club! I am so nervous and scared because I was banded on 6/30/08 and I have lost only 25.5 lbs so far and I can eat enything with out any problems. I have not vomited or even been nauseated even once. I have not had my 1st fill yet, I'm having a great deal of trouble getting my Docs office to call back and give me an appointment...I'm making myself crazy worried that the band has totally popped off or something. I make myself eat less most days, but when I get those all too often weak moments, I have nothing stopping me and no problems...*SIGH*

Believe me this is normal, it's called banster hell until you begin to get some restriction. When it's time get your fill you'll be ok. Hang in there

OK Im going to give you some tough love:

JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN (eat anything) DOES NOT MEAN YOU SHOULD!

Why are you testing your band? Do you want to have problems? What are your food guidelines?

Remember protein first & small portions. You are not looking to eat until you feel full at a meal. You are looking to not be hungry. Learn the difference and you will have success!

Thank You Queenie, Now I know I' am not the only one with the same problem. And Ajoneen the tough love it exactly what I need. I don't eat a lot all the time just once in awhile. I know my guide

sorry didn't finish. But I get very discouraged because I' am hungry all the time again. I hope the fill will help this and I can get back on track again.
