Protein Shake
hello all!! okay, so I'm not the best at following directions. I should be on a protien shake only for 14 days but I've managed to cheat and I cheated big time today...i had 2 chicken tenders. I feel guilty and then managed to cheat again by, I'm even embarrassed to say, I had a corn tortilla.
But on the bright side, when I visited my doctor, I weighed in at 286 and this morning I saw 267!! I've made some progress...right?
Not eating is really hard to do...especially in my line of work where I meet with clients during the day, a lot of them like to have lunch together. Which is my problem this Monday. I met with a client on Thursday and he didn't sign up with me, he wants to meet on Monday after he thinks about it. Of course I said okay but I'm thinking what am I going to do. SOOOO...I read an entry where it lists things I can eat...so I hope Chili's has a tuna salad.
