I have made it through 2 whole weeks. I'm down 16.5 lbs and I am feeling really good now! THe added protein was a godsend! I did 2 wks of liquids and now I'm on mushy foods. I have been enjoying mac&cheese a lot! I am so scared of gaining weight back and will be happier once I get my first fill (in one more wk). People are noticing the weight loss  I started exercising tonight and feel good about that! I will start with my personal trainer on Thursday (doing 2 days a wk with her and the rest on my own).

A personal trainer can cost anywhere from $40 to $65 an hour....its about 300-400 a month. If you belong to a gym they have them there, or you can look up for ones that come to your house, but those are usually a lot more.
