I am still going strong with exercise and RESTRICTION! I did 30 min on elliptcal yesterday and workied my upper body

 

Biceps, triceps, back, shoulder, chest.

 

Today I will only be doing cardio (Elliptical) Once I do today's exercise, i will have made it to the gym 6 days this week. Thats exciting for me!
