Best day ever!!
Today was a great day. I went down a size in pants. I am now an official size 20. I was at a size 24 (unofficial 26) when I had the "installation". One more size and I will be the same I was in high school. (11 years ago):jaw:
I also made it all the way through my hot yoga class without having to sit down due to dizzyness. Freakin AWESOME! :w00t::tongue2:
That was a great feeling and it was very hard not to shout WooHoo! when we completed the standing series and I had made it all the way through. Would have thrown off the vibe and that is very bad yoga etiquette.
To put it simply I ROCK!!!!!
