MARIA SAID TODAY SHE ATE 4 CHICK NUG & SM CHILLI & SM ICRM CONE

BFAST: 2 CRACKERS, 1 CHEESE, 1 EGG 100 CALS

LUNCH: CRAB LEGS 260 + SHRIMP 75 + ROLL100 = 435 + 100 = 535

DINNER:CHICK NUG 170 =705 + 4 RITZ CRAKRS 100= 800

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
