Well, I finally made it back to the gym last night. I did about 35 minutes on the elliptical machine and burned over 300 calories.
I'm trying to get back to where I was before, when I was losing my weight, I was exercising and planning my meals out.
Today's menu
Bfast - coffee/southbeach protein bar
Lunch - salad with chicken
Dinner - turkey and tomatoe with mozerella cheese (1 oz)
