I lost 5 pounds and im starving but I am stuck on my diet of nothing lol I went and had all my pre op stuff done.. very fun!! it was horrible glad its over :thumbup: So hmm I think by the time the 6 weeks of liquids are done i will be at my goal weight hmm yummy food it would be nice but oh well i will just sit here and starve lol

I'm dreading the 2 week Optifast - good on you for getting through to day 4! I start next Thursday.

I had to do a 3 week liguid diet and then 4 weeks of one meal (food) and other two meals protein drinks ...You can do it think of the possitve of the diet and your new life ahead...

I lost 32 lbs in 6 weeks

right now I am on my pre surgery liquid diet day 5 and 6 pounds gone :thumbup: Also I was in a meeting for 2 1/2 hrs yesterday with my nutritionist and I went to the store and bought new products.. the atkins protein drink .. the first thing that made me fill full with no surgar and no carbs also I found out that the protein water by special K in the bottle has 6 grams of sugar and the one in the packet has none. :tt2:

I am on week four with liquids only. I had my surgery on the 1st of july. I only liked the body for life shakes. They dont have as many calories (110)or protein(17) but they taste great. Does anyone have a problem with the bending over and not lifting anything heavy after the surgery?
