I WENT TODAY FOR MY MONTHLY WEIGHT IN AND TO "MAYBE" GET ANOTHER FILL.:smile:

AND TO MY SUPRISE :w00t: SINCE THE LAST TIME I GOT WEIGHTED (5 WKS AGO) I HAVE ONL;Y LOST 2 POUNDS... TALK ABOUT GETTING DISSAPOINETED:frown:. I HAD THE ONLY FACE WHEN THE DOCTOR CAME IN..

SHE SAID IT MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE FACT THAT I STARTED GOING TO THE GYM AND I PROBABLY BUILD MUSLES.

 

HOW I WAS @ 7.6CC SHE JUST GAVE ME .3 MORE PUTTING ME IN 7.9CC!

 

BUT I FEEL SO BAD THAT I JUST WANT TO GO ON PURED LIQUID & SOFT FOOD TILL MY NEXT WEIGHT IN...

I FEEL SO UPSET AT MYSELF...:wink:

 

BUT WATEVER.. THATS LIFE.. CANT ALWAYS GET WAT U WANT WHEN U WANT IT.:)

Don't be too upset with yourself! You are exercising and seem to be on top of things. Also, I read (somewhere in my MANY literature pieces) that staying on liquids and mushies for too long can mess up your satiety response (when your stomach tells your brain it's full)!

Yeah i noe i shouldnt react that way...

Is that i was really schocked... I only weight myself when i go to see the doctor...

So i went very confident that i had lost alot cuz i felt so light... So to find out only 2 pounds... I though the scale was wrong..lol

but talking to the docotr made me feel better.. She noe how to boost u up when u need it.

I noe i cant go on just liquid and soft food...

But i;m going to try to do the slimfast diet..

Which is taking 2 or 3 shakes a day and one smalll meal. (i'm going to try it.. Cuz i'm not big on drinking shakes)
