Hello from KC. I was banded on may 13 and had my first fill on June 16. I don't feel much restriction but am trying very hard to stay on the diet. I am eating fish, eggs, cheese, ground turkey, and a lot of cottage cheese. I have to be very careful in the evenings when I really want to snack. I am not sure if I should be counting cal., carbs., or both.:cool2: I have lost about 13 lbs. I walk about 3 times a week because the other days I work 12 hr shifts. Hopefully my second fill which is suppose to be on July 14 will be more restrictive. I am hanging in there but would like some snack suggestions.
