ok well i am getting frustrated with this, i don't see any change on the scale, i have sort of been eating right may be thats the problem. But everyone says they see a difference like in my face and stuff like that well i did have a soda and i no that was a big nono, so i gotta get back on track. So this weekend i am going to go and by some of those little dinners from the grocery store. So instead of going to eat fast food for lunch at work i can eat on of those and i need some water bottles. the hardest part for me is going to school cause it is an culinary school as well. but hoepfully it will all work out ok.

The band is no picnic eh? I am struggling too with no real restriction but we have to keep going and keep trying and it'll all work out...we hope .You are thinking about everything and that's a great first step. Put your plan in action and see if it helps, if not find another idea. Dont beat yourself up for what's done, just keep looking forward to what can be.

    • I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.
