Boredom
I never realized how much I eat when I am bored. I only get bored in the evening. I need to find something to occupy my time. I am trying to workout in the evening, but sometimes it is just so much easier to do in the mornings.
I work from home, so I am always here and always 5 steps from the fridge. HOWEVER, I am fine during the day. But man oh man, when the evening gets here, I find myself standing in the kitchen just looking for things to eat and of course they are never good. Thankfully they are at least low-cal. I have pretty much changed everything out, but 3 bags of 100 calorie snacks is still 300 calories you know what I mean?
