HELLO EVERY ONE I AM NEW TO THE SITE AND I AM LOOKING FOR SOME GOOD INSIGHT.. I AM 32 FROM THE BRONX AN I PLANNED TO GET BANNED IN OCT.2008. I NEED TO LOOSE 80LBS... I HAVE HAD 2 VISITS WITH THE DOCTOR, HAD THE BLOOD WORK.. ITS JUST SO MUCH TO DO... HELP FROM THE BRONX:wink2:

Hey Bronx, Long Island here.

Just a heads up. If you think its a lot of work now you might want to reconsider. You still have quite a few tests, the pre op diet, Surgery, recovery, post op diet, fills then the whole life with the band.

You have to educate yourself about what you are going to go through. Be really comfortable with your Dr and his staff. Have a support system in place to help you through the process.

Be ready for a LIFE CHANGE.

I say this from experience. I don't yet know if the band will be right for me. But now I have it in me and HAVE to work with it and everything that comes with it.

You absolutely have to have NO DOUBTS, or this tool will NOT work.
