I had 2 slices of bacon
1/2 sausage patte - full - couldn't eat my egg
Lunch
hmmm - lunch time right now, not even hungry, but will try and drink a protein shake
Dinner
fish, talapia - yum
Workout
Circuit training - upper body and cardio mixed. Planned on doing it last night, but didn't make it.
wt - 178.1
Tommorow is another big weight in day for me, I weighed last Friday 178.7, so hoping to at least be in the 177 area. I've been averaging 1 freaken pound a week. But hey, I will take it I guess....what choice do I have anyhow. lol.
