Everyday is a new day that I am so glad

to be a part of.

Time is the best thing on your side because

Trying to decide if the lap band is for you?

Ask yourself these three questions:

(1) Am I happy the way I am right now?

(2) Can I really be the person I want to

be if I do not decide to make the

necessary changes in my life?

(3) Do I have any regrets in my life today?
