1st fill
Well it will be 6 wks tomorrow since my surgery> I had my first fill yesterday and it was not bad at all only took about 10min. I got 3cc put into my 10cc band and am anxious to test it out. Supposed to be on mushies today but have only had coffee so far. Feels a little different in my throat so far. I was a little disappointed whwn i wen t for my fill because the 2 people that got filled before me had both lost 19 pounds since surgery. when i went in and had only lost 13 the nurse said oh she broke our streak. I know people lose at different rates but I wanted the optimum results too. that has inspired me to try extra hard. I think drinking with meals has been my downfall so i am really going to try not to do that. I usually am a 2-3 glass of tea a meal girl pre surgery anyway. Since surgery I have been sipping water but starting today I will quit that and see if it makes a difference.
