Wow 325 pounds, more than twice the size of a healthy person. “I don’t feel like am 325”, the scale may be my enemy, but it’s a candid and forthright enemy. It is that honesty that makes me realize, I want a band, I am going to band, and I am also going to try to make my long time enemy the scale my ally.
