I need motivation. I have no desire to exercise and im eating everything i shouldnt. please help. :biggrin:

I went in May, 2007. My favorite thing is to walk in the mornings. I started with a half mile, then kept on. I bought some very good shoes, put an insole in them to cushion me. I try to walk every day. My minimum is an hour, or three miles. That has saved me. Only 52 pounds though. My volume of food is pretty small and I reflux at night, but I eat whatever I fix for the family and I like a glass or two of wine.
