Did anyone have the band done under tricare prime? I am going to the doc in a few days & I want to know if I have a chance on getting it done. I am 5-4" / 209lb. I am not sure if I will make the cut. Can anyone help?

site it says I qualify, but tricare is a different story I guess. I am not

sure what helps out, but I have acid reflux issues, neck & back problems,

severe depression & anxiety, collapsing arches & some other things, but I am

not sure what I should be focusing on.

I am Tricare prime in TX. I went to the Dr and asked to be put in for LB. He weight me and we talked about my arthritis and put me in. I have 2 months of the logging for my nutrient appts and I hope, my surgery will be in April. 5' 6'', 245.

Your comorbidities look like the ones they call minor. The majors are hypertension and diabetes and are a lot of times required if your BMI is less than 40! If you get rejected, like me, you have two choices, gain up to the 40 BMI or self pay!We are the same size but I had Aetna...I am lucky to be able to self pay but I dont think its fair! Cali
