Well,

I have lost 31 pounds since Oct. 5, 2007. It's not coming off as fast as I would like, but the key thing is that it is coming off. I know I couldn't have lost 31 lbs. without surgery so I am happy with my decision. I am loosing about 5 lbs. a month. I'm exercising more now and that makes me feel better about myself. I've motivated a friend and she now exercises with me. I had my 4th adj. on Jan. 31st and I can really tell a difference in the amount I can eat. I have gotten sick a few times, eating too fast, not chewing enough, so I try to be really careful, but sometimes it happens. I know I will reach my goal, one day at a time! :rolleyes2:

I too was banded in October. 31st to be exact. I am down 30 lbs. but seemed to have reached a plateau. I feel as if I am loosing some inches if not lbs. I do feel great. Keep up the good work. I know I need to exercise more than I do.
