Today was weigh-in #5. Lost another 3 pounds. Much slower weight loss since I'm not walking on a daily basis. I can't wait for the weather to clear up just a bit. The Dr's office will mail my packet after my next weigh-in on March 3rd. I really thought that 6 months would take sooo long, but the time has flown by quickly. Total pre-op loss is now 22 pounds. Yeah!!!

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
