Well I am now down to 272! I am so excited. I am also so darn determined. I have my first fill scheduled for Feb 29th. I am looking forward to it. I have found lately as long as I eat a little meat first, then a little veggies. and DON'T drink anything... I am full. The hardest part is not drinking for 1 & 1/2 hrs. I always have drank liquids, alot of liquids while eating. so I am breaking old habits hard... I must admit, it makes it a little easier that if I do drink after eating, I puke. But I have cheated and drank while eating and it goes down...and I CAN EAT MORE...I don't want to do that though... so I am forcing myself to do it right... anyone that is on their way to doing this may want to practice not drinking while eating or during eating. Well...I will continue to shrink hopefully!

Not drinking isn't hard for me, it's the drinking enough that's my problem. All over the boards it says to keep your water intake up to wash away the toxins from the weight loss. Water is just not my thing, but I'm working on it.

When it comes to "drinking" I'm going to miss my occasional glass of wine. I hear alcohol is a no-no the first six months. Liquid calories and all.
