Again, did not get up at 5 am, however, one of the reasons is I was at the gym so late last night.
I did not get home from the gym until after 11:00 pm, by the time I got tired, it was after midnight. So, needless to say, I did not get up at 5 am. I plan on going again tonight so I will not be getting up at 5 am tomorrow either. I am hoping to switch my schedule next week back to the am workouts. But my whole goal is to exercise, whether it is am or pm, I'm just going to get it done!
