Its been a while...

Well it has been some time since i have been on here. Alot has happen..I'm finally down to 202 but some days im at 210. I havent lost anything since october.Its driving me nuts! I have been eating junk food. My mind hasnt been on track for a while. But I have join this all womens gym its called contours express. I love it there. I'm going to start back on my diets and hopefully ill lose something. I have to go back to the doctors the 18th. and he wants me to lose 9lbs. Hopefully Ill lost more. I got my tongue periced and I havent been able to eat since yesurday when i got it done, So maybe it will help me not eat since its soo hard to eat solids with this bellbar in my mouth, I'm going to be drinking ALOT of slim fast till the 21 when i can eat normal food. I only have 55 more lbs to go till im 150 And im soo excited. :eyebrows:...Looking back at myself and knowing I was at my heaviest weight(256) scared me, its just making me so mad becuase i havent seen the 200 mark since i was little..And now that I just turned 18 I can go clubbing and stuff and I really want to look good, so I'm going to work 10 times harder!!

Congratulations on your weight loss so far!! I went through a period where I didn't lose either (my restriction seems to fluctuate) but I'm finally abt 25 pounds from my goal weight! My suggestion is to set a goal for the summer and stick with it. That's what I'm doing. I'm going to try to lose at least 20 pounds (hopefully 25!) this summer by working out and cutting greasy foods...at least during the week- I might treat myself a little on the weekends. Working out can get old quick, but if you have access to a pool, you could maybe mix it up a little by swimming instead of working out some days. Hope this helps some. Good luck!
