First day back on the wagon
Well its been a one 13 months and 13 days since I became a bandster. I have a leak and due to the shame of gaining weigh I dont want to go the Dr.
I have decided the same control I had and the same determination I had when I went in to Surgery 13 months and 13 days ago is coming back. I have to regain my life back.. I am afraid to face the Dr but even more afraid to face the future being unhealthy. Dear God hold my hand all the way thru this episode. Please help me get of the floor and get back to business. Please help me thru the all the stuff going on right now.:rain:
