I am still alive...
Sorry I haven't posted in a few days but things have been alittle hectic here. Work has been crazy latelly as I work for a petroleum company and everyone wants PROPANE because it has been so COLD! So, I have been a scatter brain. I have been eating fairly well. Protien shakes are usually breakfast. Tuna salad or soup make up lunch. And dinner usually polenta, or salmon. I have tried to stay under 800 calories but I have managed to go over by 50 calories here latelly.
