I'm about to start a new life I'm a little scared about it :scared:but after reading some of your storties I can't wait to start. I've ordered my protein power from unjury they tell me this is the best it has 20g of protein. I think this foum will be good for me I wll know how and what to look for on my new life with the band.

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
