food for the day

Breakfast: nothing, not hungry
Lunch: beans, 1 oz. Mexican beef steak
Dinner: Mexican beef steak, 3 tomillos
Snack: serving cookies, cup cappaccino
I notice since my husband has been home, I've been eating an actual dinner. And at about 8:00 p.m. I've been eating a snack.
This is, I'm sure, the reason for my 2 pound weight gain. That, and I'm expecting my cycle soon.
Now that I realize that in only a week's time, I can mke a change to my eating schedule.
